We want to make sure everything runs smoothly for your event, Please take a few minutes to read through our terms and conditions before placing your enquiry
Booking & Payment
Hire Period
All prices include delivery, setup and collection for your agreed event date and times. If you've arranged an extended hire period, this will be confirmed when you book.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your chosen event date.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is £100 unless otherwise agreed
Future Price Changes
Our prices are reviewed annually. Bookings made more than 12 months in advance may be subject to a small price adjustment, and we'll always let you know beforehand.
Payments & Cancellations
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Full payment is due 14 days before delivery of orders unless otherwise stated.. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations As Per the following (Greater than 6 months notice prior to the date of event, 100% refund, 3-6 months notice 75% refund, less than 3 months notice will not be eligible for a refund
Delivery & Collection
Delivery to Third Parties
Deliveries made to unattended venues or third parties are carried out at the hirer's own risk.
Venue Access
Please let us know about any access restrictions before delivery. Additional charges may apply where extra staff or time are required.
Checking Your Delivery
Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any discrepancies straight away so we can resolve them before your event begins.
Collection Arrangements
Please ensure the equipment is ready for collection at the agreed time. Waiting time or additional cleaning may incur extra charges.
Collection Contact
If you won't be present on the day, please let us know who our team should speak to when delivering and collecting your equipment.
Overnight Hire
If you'd like to keep your games or props overnight, we're happy to arrange this where possible. An additional charge of £40 per night applies, and all equipment must be stored safely in a secure, dry location.
Equipment & Safety
Condition of Our Equipment
Our handcrafted games and props are regularly maintained and cleaned, but as hire items they may show minor signs of previous use. Small variations or imperfections are part of their rustic charm.
Looking After Your Hire Items
From delivery until collection, you're responsible for taking reasonable care of the games, props and any packaging provided.
Damage, Loss & Refundable Waiver
A refundable £100 damage waiver is taken with your booking and returned within 7 days once all equipment has been checked. Charges may apply if items are lost, damaged or cannot be cleaned.
Safe Use of Equipment
Please use all equipment safely and follow any instructions provided. Kelees cannot accept responsibility for injury or damage caused through misuse.
Ownership of Equipment
All games, props and packaging remain the property of Kelees throughout the hire period.
Equipment Checks
Every item is carefully counted and inspected before and after hire. Unless clear evidence shows otherwise, our recorded stock checks are considered accurate.

We recommend arranging suitable insurance to cover theft, accidental damage and public liability whilst equipment is on hire.
Public Liability Insurance
Kelees holds Public Liability Insurance with cover of up to £2 million, giving you and your venue added peace of mind. If your venue requires proof of insurance, you can download a copy of our current insurance certificate here.
